At Velbagio, we want you to love every purchase. If you're not fully satisfied with your item, we offer a 3-day exchange policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Exchange

You may request an exchange if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or not as described.

  • The request is made within 3 days of receiving the parcel.

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and has all tags attached.

How to Request an Exchange

Important Notes

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • Exchange shipping charges may apply unless the item was received in damaged or incorrect condition.

  • We currently do not offer refunds, only exchange or store credit.

Velbagio reserves the right to refuse exchange requests that do not meet the above criteria.
